I have never had anything but good service and good food here - I would like O'Charley's to comment on the horrible rumor that is flaoting around facebook reference the "cleanliness" please
It was delish . My husband & I haven't been there in a while . It is a little pricey & that might have been the reason. The service is good .
Y'all got roaches and shit....y'all need to fix that
Pest Control...ew.....you need to close and clean
The wait time took forever it wasn't even packed. Half my table had their food the other half came when everyone was finished. The manger was very rude.
Food was great. The service was in training. Short handed. Coupon blew her mind, then charged meals on wrong cards. We worked it out. Never got the togo box, so I left my lunch for disposal. Last visit we got weak drinks. Their response was, "This is a family place. If you want good drinks, the bar is down the road." We'll stick to water or beer in a bottle. We'll be back for the Prime Rib special though.
