I am never disappointed when I dine at O'Charleys. Even the fufu drinks are good.
The House Margaritas were Good and the food was too!!
the food lacked a lot and the manager did nothing to fix the problem
Service has really declined here. I waited for over 40 minutes. Finally got seated and my food was taken to the wrong table. Drinks were not refilled. Everyone seem confused about what to do.
