I'm from NYC so I've never even heard of O'Charley's but ever since my boyfriend brought me here I've been hooked. The service is good, people are friendly and we've always gotten good fresh food fast. I always get the honey fried chicken breast I LOVE IT! This location is clean (nicer than another location I've been to), the waiters are always super nice even when I ask for more rolls lol...can't beat good affordable food served in a nice friendly environment!

We go there to eat as often as we can. We love it.
Horrible as hell!! We got our food served super late! The staff was unorganized! I ordered milk for my kids and they gave them buttermilk! My 5 yr old exact words was "this is a hot mess" lol. They also acted as though they didn't want their money if I was a horrible person I would have walked out and not paid. My husband was still kind enough to tip the waiter! And he asked for a medium rare steak and it was well done, the cook told the waiter to tell us it was the last steak but the manager gave us 20% off smh! I will try ... read more
