This is Me and My Son's Favorite Place to Dine In or Take Out . Great Customer Service. We feel as if they know Us personally It's a Great feeling! You can't Go Wrong with Choosing to Eat Here!!
Great food and usually has decent service. Wait times are short.
I love going here with my husband. I love the chesse wedge appetizers. The Ribeye is so good I get evey time. I would love to try other things but once I get there I always want the Ribeye! Thanks for the great service and food we don't even go to longhorn anymore.
I'm not a fan but my daughter loves to eat here. Well this is the last time. Two rolls in and I find a long blond hair tangled up in the last roll. Gross!
Our food was good overall, and our waitress was nice, but aside from that I won't be returning to this establishment. The young lady that put us on the wait list never made eye contact, never smiled, and never told us what the wait would actually be. I understand that we all look young but we're still paying customers and still deserve some sort of warm welcome. This was the first impression I was given when walking in the door, and it was terrible.
The seafood Trio is really good ! But service is slow.
After 35 minutes of waiting and having 3 groups of people with same amount that came in after us seated before us and a few choice words we left. I will NEVER eat at an O'Charleys again.
Service here would have to seriously speed up in order to even be considered slow. Absolutely shameful.
