Ok Charlies is excellent with a great prices
I really love their menu, but the service at this location is wretched. You stand and wait for a table in an empty restaurant because the staff isn't there, or management is on the cell phone.
I think this restaurant has gone down hill. As a frequent guest, our experience topped it all. We went there to have a lunch. My husband and I both ordered the chicken tenders. They came out like shoe leather. After ordering something different we sat there for almost 35 minutes without drinks and still no food. The manager did not care at all.
