My husband son and I went to eat there on 12/11/16 around 8:30pm-9:00pm. The people were not very welcoming at all and the restaurant was really cold. I ordered fresh squeezed lemonade and it tasted like watered down lemon sugar water and asked for strawberry lemonade and they didn't have it. The rolls came out really brown when everyone else's food looked better than ours. We travel and we like to eat at familiar restaurants we like to eat at and by far I would never eat at this O'Charley's ever again. I love the restaurant... read more

The food was good but it took over an hour to get our food.
We got the Fish and Chips --wonderful-- service was great even tho the placed was packed.
Absolutely the worst service, even for a chain restaurant. The host was terrible, refusing to seat people and arguing with servers and patrons. Walked out and gladly won't be returning.
By far my son's favorite restaurant. Great service with great food.
The food was great..The atmosphere was nice .We had great waitress..
