Madison did an excellent job with her guests. The restaurant was very busy, and she had several tables to serve. She carried a smile on her face, and offered to make sure that each and every customer was happy. The food and service was excellent.
The food was delicious but the service not so good. We got our entrée first, then came our salad, and then came our appetizer. Everything was served in reverse order. No apologies, either.
O'Charley's service sucked. Got seated after waiting 20 minutes on a table and waited another minutes while other guest were serviced. Finally decided to get up and leave. I spoke to MaryBeth the manager after the manager who was asked to speak to me was intercepted by a friend who stopped by to visit. I was given whatever rewards tickets she had on her and a free appetizer card for the inconvenience. I decided to leave and spend my money with a company that appreciates it. WON'T BE COMING BACK AGAIN!
My server seriously asked me if I need anything (finally after we were done) and I started to tell her about the drinks we needed refilled and she walked away from me in mid sentence...who does that?!
The food was simply Delightfully delicious! The prime rib was so tender I could cut it with my fork. The service was very slow yesterday though.
Their credit card machine was down, waitress forgot to put in our appetizer so we got it after we got our meal... every restaurant in Fayetteville seems to be going downhill very very fast between the service and the quality. I’ll drive 20 minutes to go somewhere else to eat
The prime rib was delicious and the service was very good. My sisters and I had a very enjoyable meal!!
The management is different from the one that was in place 2 years ago. The server was indifferent, seemed to not want to be there to do her job. I strongly suggest not visiting this location.
The worst service EVER!!! I gave them a try again. Never will I return to that location!
