The waitress was very friendly and helpful. She talked with my daughter about school and gave her positive encouraging feedback. The food was excellent and the service was fast.

Server very attentive. They used to have some great steak, but today my 12oz sirloin was tough and lots of gristle. I ordered it med rare so it wasn't because it was over cooked. Have to admit I really only go there when I have a 20% off coupon.
Season the ribs and don't burn the fries.

We are getting better every day! I have a wonderful staff that actually cares about people as much as I do!! We have established a culture of love, family, and respect here at O’Charley’s which hasn’t always been the case. We are not perfect and we still make mistakes but with a Passion to Serve our guests we are trying our best to be the best!!! bar tender was great. food was cooked well. I didn't care for it but that's my fault for ordering it not the store. just tried something new and wasn't what I expected.
Our waitress was not in any hurry at all. She never made eye contact with us. She could have cared a less weather we enjoyed our experience at all. Sad 😞
