Every time I go there I have to wait and there’s no one there. The food yesterday made us sick. Then they ran out of hamburger 🍔 buns. Unacceptable, I will not be back.
Server needs some additional training. He didn’t bring me what I ordered, I felt like I had to beg for a refill and the food was cold when we received it.
Our waitress provided very good service. She was very sweet
Worst service ever! Will never go back!!!!!! Tables were empty and staff was scarce. They need new management and staff. Hostess was not good either.
Great experience. Came in late night, everything was very fresh and service was amazing.
On March 14th, my mom and I waited more than 30 minutes to be seated. I could see lots of empty tables, so I assumed they were short-handed. Once we were seated, the waitress confirmed that a number of the lunch staff had failed to show up. Another long wait for the meals to be delivered. In my case, the broccoli had been so overcooked it turned to mush. I wish I could post the photos of the uncleaned tables that surrounded us as we ate. So my #1 question is: Where was the manager? Epic fail.... tried to order on line, but website very very slow. Called, order was to be ready in 30 minutes. Waited outside 20 minutes, no one came out. 2 others waiting finally went in and was able to pickup food. Went inside, waited another 8-10 minutes. They only had one of my meals ready. Been over an hour now and the only thing she could offer was a bowl of soup if I didn't want to wait longer. Shouldn't have paid without seeing a manager. Paid $20 for full rack of ribs.
