I had a great waitress, her name is, Mya. It was slow going at first, but all in all I enjoyed my experience. The food was alright.
If I had read reviews prior to going. This use to be a nice spot but the quality of service and food has gone down!
This location use to be great and is eat here often came here for my daughters 21st birthday lunch and waited over 45min after ordering for the food and hers was burnt. Will not be coming back here
Horrible this place is so unorganized. Pulled up people outside/inside waiting to get in and there's no one to check us in and i look in the seating area and there are lots of empty tables but people waiting. Then there's a customer threatening a server telling him to tell the manager he had three minutes to come to a the front to see her before she goes off. We dipped on out and went to american deli and ate good. Never will try to break bread here again. Terrible just terrible.
I have tried to enjoy this location a total of five times now. Every single time they have half the restaurants tables empty, the wait line long, the front counter a total wreck and are super slow and super behind on service. Tonight made the second time we have walked out. Twice I have seen managers attempting to be waiters/waitresses at tables with no better speed or service than the lousy staff on hand. O’charleys is a very good restaurant in the manager Miss Linda is wonderful
Tried to eat here this afternoon. Waited for a table for two people for like 20 mins with more than half of the dining room empty. Needless to say, we walked out, & I'm glad we did cuz even the people sitting at tables looked unhappy. Not planning on going here ever again.
