I expected to wait a long time--it was Christmas Day! The staff--from reception, to triage, to exam room, and when I picked up my dog the next day--were great. And Dr. Kane, excellent! And, no, they didn't ramp up the fees.
Absolutely amazing my little Oreo fell sick yesterday and today took a turn for the worse and with the help from a amazing doctor oreo is home with meds on his way to getting better
My dog was basically passing away as we were arriving. They instantly called for an emergency off the intercom and my dog was being treated before I could even get my name on the paperwork. Very nice understanding staff will be taking all my pets here. Very clean and smelled good too, thanks again guys you were great.
They where so helpful and so caring my poor dog zeke may he rest in peace ��
These people are amazing and I am eternally great full for their kindness and professionalism. Throughout my dogs surgery they were informative, patient with all my questions and were great to my dog. They went above and beyond each time I was there and made a very hard situation as easy as they could. Even the ladies at the front desk took time out of their day to say reassuring words and be extra helpful. I have the upmost respect for everyone who works there.
On point, fast, awesome vets n Secretary's, Secretarys helped us in all types of ways, idk wat else to say, they even comb him down, n only place ill b going is there. Thanks a bunch from the Yorkshire- killian.
The staff is truly amazing and very caring. It is so appreciated that even though our dog is really sick and the outcome isn't looking good that you all care enough to try some different treatments
I cannot speak highly enough of this veterinarian clinic. I had to seek emergency treatment for Pipsqueak,my Skinny pig (hairless guinea pig)Saturday night. They treated him and us in such a caring manner. The vet was amazing. He sent us home with medications and critical care food to feed via syringe to be sure he was getting the nutrition he needs as he was not eating.
