My experience here was horrible. I waited in the doctors office for over an hour while my dog was crying in pain. I was told she tore her ACL and needed surgery. This is NOT the case. The exam was not thorough at all. I'll never go back.
I want to express my frustration at the lack of care and follow up from the staff at this clinic. My dog had surgery here on December 29th and Dr. Coronado was fantastic and did a great job on him. However any time I have tried to get information I have been left on hold for fifteen minutes, told I'll be called back, told to send pictures to emails and yet no one has reached out. I have had to dish out $2300 in the past three weeks to come to this clinic where no one has any issues collecting money but don't want to help pat... read more

They were very sweet and attentive from the phone call til we left, and they were super busy while we were there! My Hera loved them!! Going to bring the rest of my furry crew there �

Treats animals and parents with great respect. Very expensive, more than I pay at my physician! Not as homey as my regular vet . The benefit of getting tests and fast results were the whole reason for our visit. All in all worth it.
As a petsitter,when things go badly and the owners are away I depend on the skilled staff of OSVS to help me out. Top technology paired with kind and professional employees make me feel confident that I am doing the best that I can for the pet. Thank you!
