The wait was extremely long. I was there over five hours and never really got an answer for what was wrong with my dog. They told me it would be at least another 'few' hours before they could even do the xray. I left and went to my regular vet the next day. If I had waited, it would have been at least eight hours there. That is unacceptable really.
Thank you to ALL OSVS staff for your kindness and caring when I brought my cat, Talon, in for the last time on Sunday, 8/1. You all made a very sad day more bearable for me, and put an end to Talon's pain. Thank you, Dr Kerchauffeur, (hope it's spelled correctly), for everything you did - you really eased my anguish! If ever another pet comes into my life, this will be my first choice for Veterinary care!
Thank you 0SVS, for taking great care of my puppy Silo Sweets. As soon as we walked in the ladies at the desk were compassionate & attentive, the technicians who kept us update on our pups care answered our questions and were patient with us. To Dr. Dworkin, for taking excellent care of Sealy and making him feel better to come home with us.
Care is exceptional, price they charge is ridiculous. Recommend in an emergency, but break out your wallet.
This place has no ethics. They only care about the $ and zero concerns for the well being of your animal. We called them at 2:30 in the morning telling them our 15 year old dog was not doing so well and needed to be put down cause je was in pain. We live paycheck to paycheck and asked if we could bring him in and pay next week. All they did was say no, theres nothing we can do for you or your dog. What a joke this place is.
Sadly our Jack Russell was failing fast on Memorial Day. We called the only vet open. We were told there would be an hour wait, but when we got there you took us right in, no questions, even though I was too choked up to speak. Thank your staff for their patience and kindness in this difficult decision.
My puppy was bitten by her housemate, I was a wreck. Dr. Owens was amazing! She was thorough, and explained everything perfectly. Knowing how concerned I was for my pup, Dr. Owens called before she left for the night to let me know she was doing well. Thank you to Dr. Owens and the staff for taking such great care of my baby. I am happy to report that her eye is healing great and it's almost back to normal.
