Entire staff in this place is cold as ice!!!! all they care about is money... they have no compassion in their jobs.
My 3 month old puppy Bella was having difficulty breathing so we rushed her to Ocean State veterinary specialists and she was immediately brought in back for analysis, her prognosis was grim. She had pneumonia and was given a 30% chance of making it. We left but by 7:30 am my fur baby had past. I do believe that even though she past she was in the best place possible. They treated her with the same love and kindness that we did and they were professional in nature but sensitive to us and our situation. I would highly recomme... read more

Sadly this is a place that only cares about $$. I took my 5 year old cat there a few years back because she wasn't acting right & it was the middle of the night so my regular vet wasn't open, they had her for less than 12 hours and told me that she had cancer and needed to be put down because she was suffering.. I went to say goodbye to her & waited almost an hour before I seen my cat.. They made me refill all the paperwork out for payment before they let me see her, AFTER telling me how much she was suffering. They had her ... read more
