thank you for taking care of my bentley. its scary to have to take you pet to the hospital but the staff was fantastic!
Last week my baby girl Takani had to have surgery for bloat and torid. Everyone from start to finish was so professional and wonderful! They did a wonderful job Takani is healing well and goes back next week for her staple removal but has been so comfortable resting at home. I thank they whole time that took care of my girl when she was in need and sending her home safely in good health. I would never go anywhere else for an emergency with her.
Words can not express how wonderful ocean state is. They saved our Toby at Xmas , we were away and they kept us informed at all times of his condition and status update. The staff was excellent from the front desk to Dr's and MA's. Thank you again for saving our Toby.

Best doctors & staff ever! They are all so loving and caring. It is clear to see that they are all emotionally invested in each patient and will do whatever it takes to sent your furry babies home with their tails wagging. If only human doctors would show as much compassion as they do...
Thank you for taking care of Sadie yesterday morning. After stepping on a piece of glass under a pile of leaves, she was excessively bleeding and we rushed her to your facility. You took care of her, calmed her mom (me) down, and surgically repaired the wound. She is recovering well and looking forward to getting the bandage off soon. Thank you!!!
My boyfriend and I brought our rescued Manchester Terrier, Yogi in to Ocean State yesterday due to lethargy and pain. The desk staff, vet techs and Dr. Nelson were all WONDERFUL- helpful, caring, knowledgeable, patient and loving to the animals they see. Yogi had an upset tummy but he has medicine to take, bland food to eat and time to rest and get better. Highly recommend this special place!
We just unfortunatly had to put a cat to rest and ocean state vet made the entire experience so much easier. And the care and thought they put in even after our pet passed was enough to shock me. I absolutly recommend them
