First and foremost, the facility was immaculate. Every staff member and veterinarian I spoke with was kind and extremely professional. They functioned like a well-oiled, caring machine. They treated me and my cat with dignity. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing veterinary care. It was well worth the long drive for us.
I brought my 5 month old dog in an emergency, she injured her leg. The staff were absolutely amazing! The took her right away and were so good with her. It was a scary thing to see her hurt. They checked in with us as we waited and kept us updated. It was good to know she was in such great hands. Thank you to everyone who took care of Callie. She's doing so much better!
My cat Dilly Willy is currently in their inpatient unit. He's receiving great care and they are doing tests to find out what's wrong with him. They are wonderful people who really give it their all. I appreciate it very much...... and I'm sure Dilly Willy does too !

I was every happy with them I went to my vet and they said they didn't have the stuff to do do it so they called over there and as soon as I get over there they took me in right away
I brought my bearded dragon in for emergency care last night and unfortunately he was not able to be saved. I went back this morning to make arrangements for Rex to be cremated and am truly amazed and humbled by the level of kindness and care that I received as a grieving pet owner. The staff as OSVS set up my lizard in a private room with pillows, blankets, flowers and music and told me to take all the time I needed to say goodbye to my beloved pet.
