My dog is twice hospitalized within a week. They have given me some hope that he will make it. First time sent him home not eating. My dog was referred by my vet who called and gave a report to someone at osvh. Somehow the report wasn't downloaded or available to the admitting vet. Glad I had copies with me. I was left in an examining room for over an hour with no idea of what was going on. Some communication would have been nice.
Very friendly and supportive from the moment we walked through the door with our pup to the moment we left without him. Very prompt and thorough service.

I am so thankful for this office. I thought I was going to lose my two year old lab (my baby) and the entire staff was compassionate, reassuring, and informative! They went as far as calling me at 4am to let me know he had mad it out of surgery! Beyond happy with this office!
