We took our senior pup here after he began to show signs of paralysis. The entire facility was so accommodating and compassionate throughout the entire process. We had to put our Scooter down that day and the amount of love, sympathy and empathy we received was rare.
Being a multiple dog owner and an English Bulldog owner/rescuer I’m lucky to say that I just had my very first need to bring my dog to a Vet ER. As soon as I mentioned her labored breathing the receptionist stopped me and immediately paged an ER Vet tech to come out to speak with me. Superb support from OSVC today-sorted Yin's poorly eye from a horrid sting...My boy looks like a little pirate...
To make a very long and very sad story short... due to the mistakes made by OSVS staff telling us there was a ball stuck in my dogs stomach and it needed to be surgically removed asap, my 11 month of puppy had a major surgery for NO REASON! It was FOOD in his stomach. We received no reimbursement or anything but a simple "sorry" from the doctor.
