The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. "These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."
RecommendedI have lived in a property owned by Wooten Company two different times. Both times have had a very good experience. I even recently decided to renew my lease. I love how pet friendly their apartments are! They don’t charge an arm and leg for your pets to live there too. Staff has always been nice to me and willing to work with me. Would recommend!

RecommendedWe love living at the Lofts! The buildings are so clean. Myra, our manager, goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of quickly and conveniently. The Wooten Co. makes sure all maintenance is done to assure worry free living. So glad we were able to sign another year lease!
