Started 10+ minutes late, rushed the whole service, and even cut my skin instead of my cuticles. A dog was in the shop (not a service animal) and I have allergies. When I mentioned it, the owner snapped that asked why I didn’t say something earlier. Nails were shaped wrong, timing was cut short, and I was charged separately. No idea how this place has so many good reviews—definitely not for a relaxing nail care experience.

My visit to this spa was truly exceptional and well beyond my expectations. I’ve had mani-pedis at countless salons around the world, and this place is absolutely top notch! They even pampered my legs with fresh citrus fruit and warm lavender lotion, which felt amazing. The technician with blue hair (and a proud cat mom of two) has such genuine, positive energy. She’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and also a joy to chat with. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grateful. Thank you so much!

I came here based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! I’ve never walked out of a nail salon with my nails done exactly how I wanted, but this time I did thanks to Michelle! She was so helpful with talking me through my ideas and made sure my nails were exactly what I envisioned. I highly recommend this salon and Michelle!
