I had surgery at the Kimmel Pavillion building with Dr. Ruth Tessler and I couldn't have been more grateful. From the time I went back to prep for surgery until I left the hospital I was treated with so much care from all the nurses and staff at NYU. It is such a gorgeous facility and they are so fortunate to work in such an amazing place. RecommendedDelivered my baby here in August and could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Ruggiero and her entire team are incredible. We had to get transferred to the Children’s Hospital because our baby had fairly severe jaundice and the staff there was equally incredible, not to mention the facility is state of the art. This is why you live in or around NYC!
Had a blood clot develop in head which ruptured. The Nuero team got me back on my feet . 18 month old Son had surgery for hydronephrosis at new children’s wing. Modern and very comfortable.
Staff all around was nice and clean and professional
My experience while at NYU Langone was nothing but the best. I went in not knowing much about the procedure I was going to have completed yesterday, August 24, 2018 and Dr. Aaltonen and his staff made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and calmed me down as best as they could since I was a little nervous. His resident was also very pleasant as well. Begin by paying attention to your own mistakes! Today you people not only screwed up my appointment time with confusion, but as well wanted to xray the wrong shoulder.
Been a patient for over 25 years and am so dissappointed with the way doctors dont get back to you when it comes to test results and like another person wrote makes you make an app (if your lucky to get one within the time period of less than a month)and pay a copay for a 1 minute answer . Recently had a rash spread over my body and couldnt get an app at all to see the derm until weeks later. Saw my primary had no idea what it was.
