Outstanding nurses support. Best doctors anyone can ask for. Overall an excellent medical care providers.
Faculty Practice Imaging is disappointing. Went for abdominal US. Asked for the scan to be performed as soon as possible as I was late for work, I am a Radiologist myself. They punished me by having me to wait for about half an hour while noone was scanned. Customer Service number is useless, the messages are not returned, called twice.
Doesn’t help unless you have lots of money or absolutely no money. Doesn’t help others

Hi-I needed to renew an Rx from my pulmonologist for asthma medication. I was surprised when the pharmacy said it was not approved and that i needed to visit my doctor, Dr Rajmane. I tried to contact him via the NYU app but it said he was out thru 2022. Quality care from doctors and nurses during labor and delivery of our baby was offset by very poor experience with the facilities. No labor rooms were available during the entire 18 hours of labor and many women were laboring in triage separated by sheets. After delivery we were provided with a cramped room shared with another pair of new parents, and were treated to hours of jackhammering noise from construction on an adjacent floor. What a joke.
The staff is very friendly and approachable. Thank you for your services to my mother-in-law.
