Just had parathyroid surgery with Dr. Zervos in the Kimmel Building and I must say the staff was the kindness and most attentive people I've ever met. I never felt more comfortable. Great hospital and glad I chose to get my medical care here.
Dr. Rockland is a caring dr. So easy to talk to. Gio is great. Office staff wonderful. Beautiful office.
Shocked that the guy checking me in fleeced me for the anticipated amount Insurance would not be paying. I expected to be billed and didn’t bring $800 with me. They threatened to deny my access to my surgery. Luckily I was able to dig up my American Express card and was able to cover part of it. Once I got through the gate everyone else was terrific. Imagine having that stress just before they’re about to operate on your hand.
