All went smoothly. Staff was pleasant.
Unfortunately, I cannot give a high recommendation for NYU Langone. I had both my kids there (2013/2016) and the quality of service has dropped drastically. Now that they have taken over my OBGYN (CityScape), I've run out of excuses for their lack of commitment and quality. I've been a patient of CityScape for over 10 years and noticed the decline in service when NYU Langone took over. Overbooking, cancelling appointments booked month in advance with no notice.

My first visit was exceptional. Starting with the Receptionist Jorge. Incredible. 2nd Ed Drs assisant fabulous. DR KAPLAN. DIVINE. EVERYONE TREATED ME THE WAY A PATIENT SHOULD BE TREATED I APPLAUD THEM ALL. THANK U SOO MUCH FOR TREATING ME WITH MUCH LOVE AND CARE. THANK U SO MUCH
Went in today for an endoscopy, long story short I was super nervous but the whole team who took care of me provided me with ease of mind and a very quick painless procedure. I’m very grateful for each and everyone of them especially for fitting me in with such short notice.
