My doctors were really kind, but everything else was pretty bad for the physical therapy sessions I did there. I asked about the cost of my visit and was told I'd pay a copay, but then they coded my visit in a totally different way (as if I'd visited a hospital emergency room 10 times instead of doing 10 scheduled 15 min visits), so I had to pay an insane amount of money. They have a policy of not billing a patient until after all services are done, so they wont tell you how much you're being charged until you're done with a... read more

While everyone associated with NYU Langone is fabulous (would love to know who does their client service training), the nursing staff is exceptional. Dedicated, intelligent, devoted, they treat everyone with respect and care - and make it look effortless. It isn’t; it is hard work and they excel at it.
NYU is the best hospital in the city. They care and it shows. I truly feel very comfortable with the care I receive.
