I had surprised my husband with a trip to NYC for his 60th birthday 2 years ago when on our first night he took ill and ended up at Langone where the staff were amazing, and he was operated on and treat like a king.....Dr David Williams i remember and Ewelina who looked after my husband, i am eternally greatful for the excellent treatment and the excellent food in the cafeteria downstairs. I had some test done and I was able to read the results on Mychart which is pretty straight forward. So I called before my results visit and asked if I can have the results by phone. I was told I should come in, not only did they scare me and had me thinking why... I had to miss some time from work and wait over an hour after arriving on time and to top it all off... I had to pay $40 and the entire visit cost $495.00 just to have the doctor say in 2 minutes what I already knew!!! This just doesn't seem right or fare. Why did... read more

I appreciate Dr Schulman’s of NYU Langone Trinity Center service, I’m under his care for 12 years. The only problem is the AC equipment in his office. I was in the office for minutes and I put on my jacket and a hat. It was freezing and Dr Schulman was not able to adjust the blowing while he works in the office a whole day. I do not want my doctor get sick because of maintenance negligence. We live in the 21st century and NYU Langone cannot afford simple appliances? What about high technology expensive equipment? I am not only a patient but have been a nurse for over 40 years. I have not only watched the evolution of Medicine but experienced it from both sides of the fence. All my doctors will be in the NYU Langone System by the end of August. Their communication system with “MyChart” is amazing!! It allows all my doctors, their staff and paraprofessionals to view me as a whole... from when I have my appointments to my old doctor’s radiology report. The NYU patient portal called MyChart is a total joke. They encourage you to use it rather than calling the doctor's office, but all you end up with by doing that is frustrated. You send emails to Dr through the system and they don't answer you. I sent an email to dr. Christopher Gharibo through the system with follow-up questions about a procedure he had performed the day before on 3/ 28/2018 and a follow-up email asking if they were going to get back to me about those quest...Continue Reading
