The Nurses, PA and Doctors were nice but, I did not like how they throw you out when you are still in pain. The Hospital rather you make an appointment to come back and do a procedure in another Office as an Outpatient and leave you in pain. I am disgusted that a Hospital like NYU will allow you to go home in pain. It must have to do with insurance. Just wrong.
I took my husband for ambulatory surgery (Dr. Borin) today, 1/11/18 and even though the surgery had to be cancelled, the care throughout was impeccable. I would especially like to compliment Yolanda at the admitting desk. She did so much to put us at ease and I felt I had made quite a friend in her. I'm only sorry that her desk was closed when we left...I wanted to thank her so much. The PCA in pre-op was also terrific, finding me a chair so I could sit with my husband. Just finished treatment for foot surgery with Dr Rick Delmonte, couldn't be happier. True to his word, no pain and he was as professional as any doctor i've ever had. Answered and my questions. Would recommend to anyone who asks. Great staff at 52nd St and 79th St offices.
The Doctors the nurses all the staff are amazing, they listen to you they help you in every way they can I am happy the day I bring my son there they give me hope, thanks to all the staff for taking care of my speed boy we love you all
