Did not get no sleep ! People next to meet kept slamming door all night going n and out like tweakers every 15-20 mins . Rob drain was clogged . A/c did not seem to work . I doubt I will stay again .

This casino is not customer friendly. Made reservation for 3/28/18 and requested a smoking room. Got there and was told no smoking rooms were cleaned yet, come back in an hour to check-in. We did, no smoking room in the ENTIRE hotel and it was 3:30. Reservation clerk had supervisor come out to verify. Supervisor never once made eye contact with me and never even said a word. Stayed here two different nights on each end of #SpringBreak2018. Each night was great. Second night a child vomited in our room. A call to see about renting a different room which resulted in a new room. At no charge! Every time we find ourselves in Reno/Sparks you can bet we'll be staying at the Nugget!

My family and I stayed at the nugget for the bingo explosion this past wkend everything from the rooms, restaurants, and the casinos was awesome..our family always has an amazing time at the nugget. .

Don’t expect to get the room you want when you get there. Requested an adjoining room over a month ago, and none were available. Phone didn’t work. Window had “something” smeared all over it. But, at least we didn’t get an old room with floral wallpaper! Food still not great.

Favorite place to stay! Love the indoor pool and great entertainment nearby. Home run restaurant has amazing food at a great price.
