The shower drainage sucks major rocks!!!!! You are basically standing in you dirty water, we complained and was told we would have to pay more to get transferred to another room. Which is ridiculous! We complained again and finally got a room transfer. But now our new room has the same issue. This is disgusting. When we first arrived all I wanted so desperately was a shower and a nap. Scott the bartender at the Nugget Casino has been the nicest and helpful person thus far! He told me all the amenities the resort has to offer! Such a friendly guy! You must visit the bar and say hello to Scott!!

We just stayed there this past weekend while we were on our honeymoon. Everyone was so nice. The one complaint I have..and it's a biggie! My husband and I were in our room doing what honeymooners do and the hiusekeeper just opened the door without knocking she got a full frontal view of my husband. We hadn't put the do not disturb sign up yet because it was just about 9am. We didn't think they started that early, and we weren't checking out until the next day. Bought tickets for a show, chose seats where we wanted to see the show from. Some idiot planner changed the seating and moved everyone who paid for riser seats to the wings on the floor way past the edge of the stage and the staff treated us all as if we were sub customers looking for freehand outs. If enough tickets weren't sold to fill the seats the center riders should have been set up and folks reseated there not in the awful Far wings on the floor! It will be a long time before we go back for a show!

I have been go to fireworks here before and usually they put out a good fireworks and this year they serve the food my family and I enjoy very much thank you

Worst stay at any hotel ever had to make a complaint about someone smoking Marijuana on a non smoking floor 3 different times and nothing was done about it so we had to switch rooms. After moving rooms we noticed items missing do to theft from our room. The security person who shows up to take the complaint laughed at our issues after makeing us wait for him to show up for 25 min tells us that he can look in to the matter but dosnt feel like much can be done. never staying here again we've been coming here for the last few y... read more

I bought and paid for a room with a credit card online for my other half, who's standing in the lobby, needing a room for the evening. Only to be told that scanning the actual credit card would be the only way to get him that room. Oh, if I had a fax machine I could fax a authorization form. What normal person has one in house?!? He offered to pay $500 cash for the deposit and was still turned away. Which wasn't charged to my card, unbeknownst to me. Why isn't the deposit charged too?
