I wish I could give a better review however there are just too many negatives. They seem to be extremely under staffed which results in poor service and a poorly maintained property. We had to ask for towels, the casino area is dirty...especially the slot machines, valet parking has a 15 to 30 minute wait time, service at Rosie's is slow because they do not have enough wait staff. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Overall The Nugget is just okay.
DONT STAY HERE. THEY LIKE TO OVER CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NOT REFUND IT!
We love the Nugget. Great staff, food, cleanliness and promotions!!! We try and get away every couple months to treat ourselves to a weekend of pure adult fun. Thank you to the Nugget CEO and all👍🏼👍🏼😀
Room was in east resort. Bath tub didn’t drain, room never got cool and our room phone didn’t work. Casino staff was friendly and helpful.
The buffet is a great place to eat, good selection of food, and deserts are great and it has a mini ice cream making area, we even take the kids, we also went to the arcade and I was in the 50 plus tournament, and we just have an all around good time, when we go to the nugget!!!
You will love the service They treat you like your family from the bellhops all the way to the valet service .the room was very clean and if we need it something that would more than happy to get it for us very quickly. Even the house cleaning lady was very nice and very accommodating when we asked her to come back and clean her room later. Only thing the buffet needs a little help The menu is a little outdated but is a still clean buffet and the service was good.
Was there for a conference-room was ok but food and food service was horrible!
The casino tower room had a filthy carpet
Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Terrible customer service to guests, little to no breakfast options, and the few options you have are pitiful in either putting out their product, or serving you.
