The valets stole items from the car. Most things can be replaced yes, but one item that was stolen was a camera that was hidden in a bag underneather other bags, that had pictures of family that live in California. Unless they dug through every bag and took what they wanted. Yes things can be replaced. Pictures can not. DO NOT use the valet. Also front desk didn't seem to care. Not even worth being here. Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms are comfortable except the shower drainage is clogged and hair dryer seems like it has never been cleaned

The hotel service was average, but the most disappointment was the Game On bar. The costumer service was awful! The general manger and her staff were very rude! When we wanted more drinks the entire staff was on break! The Dj was a joke- he too took a break in the middle of dancing and left his set with no back ground music. There were 15 of us that came in the bar to have a good time but left with this bad experience!!

I enjoyed my stay clean comfortable room . They staff at the front desk happily moved me to the same floor as other family members. I’ll stay again when I’m in town!

If I could give half a star, I would.We ate dinner at Rosie's cafe. Not only was the service slow and lackluster. All 5 table settings were missing forks (there were only a teaspoon and a knife); two of us had the spaghetti but when we asked the server if we could please get "forks" (plural), he brought us one. Lastly, when we finally started eating, I cut the meatballs in my spaghetti and two out of the three meatballs were still raw.

Great price, clean rooms, my room was in the east tower the knot complaint I have is the air wasn’t as cool as I’d like. Kids enjoyed the pool and arcade room. Quick check in too

Besides the power going out for 30 mins last night, it was a great experience. I love this place, they definitely took care of us. We’ll be back!

I am giving this a 5 because our room was lovely, clean & comfortable. They were having electrical issues apparently right before we arrived.... the tv in our room was rebooting & the clock was blinking. At 11:30 pm it went off again for about an hour.... they didn’t know why it was happening, but were working to resolve the issue. The dinner buffet was wonderful. Everything was fresh & delicious. (I really appreciated the full view mirror in the bathroom) The only thing I WISH they had in the rooms is a magnified mirror for... read more
