Good = Room fresh and clean, Bed comfortable. Buffet food was good as well as the waiters. Front desk and velet parking assistance were all nice and helpful. Bad= Housekeeping never came and cleaned room. Fan in bathroom did not work. Pool was dirty and hot tub was closed for maintenance. Ate at Rosie cafe twice and both times food took over 30 minutes to serve. Note the place was not busy. On one of our visits they gave our table of 5 meals at different times. Food was ok. The staff here is terrible "Sam, Sierra & Jocelyn" were either rude or extremely unhelpful in any regards. Do not book a place here based on that and the fact this place is run down and looks like it's probably close to the end of its economic life. I wish I would have read the reviews over taking a recommendation from a friend in Vegas that is head of surveillance. He now knows that needs to stop.
