Played Bingo for the 3rd time.....The staff was helpful and friendly... But I still had no luck.......Played Poler in the poker room as well......... Staff again was helpful and friendly....... Overall a great place to play.........
The family stayed here for one night to watch the Air Supply Concert. The hotel itself is clean and the grand ballroom was perfect for the concert. Our room is very spacious, very clean, and had an amazing view on the 27th floor . The decor is good enough for my taste, but could have done it better. The bed is comfy and the AC/Heater temp was perfect. I love the Atrium pool and it is huge!!!LOVE IT!! The only complaint I have was the check-in. The first night I had trouble sleeping they put us our room agains the freeway so heard the car noise all night, the next day i had to talked to the employee to put us different room and it was a nice we had king size bed with Mountain View, the only thing I don’t like is every time people get out their room you can hear the door slammed at 4 am it’s annoying
bingo games fabulous. easy check-in and check-out, rooms are clean.
having hot water for a shower would have been nice. getting a refund would have been nice also.
