What a shame. I loved the idea and contacted them, as requested, on WhatsApp (on a Friday lunchtime). It was over 48 hours before they responded. Sorry, but that does not inspire confidence nor meet the service expectations of anybody!
I had a last minute opportunity to attend a boxing event at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool where one of our clients was working at the weekend. Any time there is a major show in any town the hotel prices go right through the roof sometimes doubling and on this occasion trebling !!
