Verified Renter This is the best and only option you should be looking at for apartment living in NoDa! Apart from the building being cleaned and well maintained on a daily basis, the staff is professional, attentive and helps with any issue that may arise in a timely manner. Not to mention this property has the convenience of NoDas best restaurants and storefronts being literally in the building itself or within a 5 minute walk.

Verified Renter From the day I moved in to NoDa, I have had an amazing experience. All my needs have consistently been met, and I always feel heard. The community is GREAT, I love the access to the train, and who doesnt love ice cream literally across the street?
