Verified Renter I would give more stars, but my apartment has continually smelled like weed every single day all day long for the last 6 months and it has not been taken care of or had any email notifications to remind residents to not be smoking on the premises or in apartments. It’s a shame because I love my apartment but not when it smells the way it does 24/7, and the amount of people dealing with black mold? Very concerning.
Verified Renter The apartment is great! I am sad to see the community events go. They were a big part of why I chose the apartment they had everyone involved and helped us feel at home. The amenities are great and would recommend the apartment to anyone who looks here!
Verified Renter Clean, safe, great apartment and great staff. Great amenities - pool, gym, free coffee, and events each month. Right on the light rail, and walking distance to lots of fun places in NoDa!

Verified Renter I am one week in and loving it so far! I have zero complaints and the apartment is just perfect! The leasing staffs are all friendly and helpful and communication was excellent. Everything was seemless from application to move-in. Looking forward to making new memories here! :)
