Verified Renter I have lived here for multiple years and have enjoyed all of it. Two different floor plans and two totally different views. The modern feel and monthly events remind you that you’re a part of a community. Also, the continuous upgrades are always something to be excited about.

Verified Renter I love the location! You can walk so many places and feel proud of your neighborhood. The clubrooms inside 30SixNoDa are beautiful! Great to have a change of scenery while working or entertaining. Most important to me is how pet friendly the apartments are. For this dog lover, that sold me almost 2 years ago. The staff - Sam, Ebony, and Vercy are so kind, helpful, and understanding - I feel so comfortable with going to them at anytime. Maintenance staff... I don't know how they do it!
