Verified Renter Novel NoDa is without a doubt the best apartment complex to live at in NoDa. The management is top notch and the sense of community is strong. Perks such as a light rail stop literally built into to the side of the building, salt water pool, large clubhouse, and Skyline Views make Novel NoDa a competitive place to live at in all of Charlotte.

Verified Renter Novel Noda is exactly what i was looking for. I moved from Boston to Charlotte knowing there were plenty of housing options and plenty more to come. When I came to Novel Noda, however, it was the staff, cleanliness, amenities and no noise pollution that hooked me.
