Verified Renter I have been at 30six NoDa for almost six years now and still love it. I feel safe, the amenities are great, and it’s in the most walkable neighborhood as well as right on the light rail which is perfect to hop on and head to work or outings in the city!

Verified Renter Prompt repairs, fair pricing, and helpful front office staff. Ph there's a minimum typing amount uhmmm. I like how there are trash chutes AND they pick up trash in front of your door :)

Package room fairly consistently has issues but not super major, just fairly inconvenient at times. Hallway carpet upkeep could be better in some areas but isn’t too bad.
