Verified Renter 30six NoDa is so much nicer than I expected. The leasing staff are super friendly and are always there to answer our questions (which has been a lot lol). Also, its so close to everything I can just walk across to street to grab a bite to eat or head to the lightrail and go somewhere else. The amenities are so nice and I love it here!

Verified Renter It's a good place to live where lots of Pros heavily outweigh the personal Cons, as a top floor resident. The on-site teams are very responsive. Maintenance requests have been resolved very quickly.

Verified Renter This is the absolute best place to live! I appreciate the thoughtfulness in the design of 30Six NoDa with the display of so many amazing Charlotte local artists. The sky lounge is simply breathtaking!! My apartment is my happy place. The staff are all so kind & welcoming as well!

Verified Renter This community is fantastic. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned and in good condition when we moved in. The staff are helpful. The location is fantastic and while you get to be at the heart of NoDa, the noise level is still good. My apartment is near the train and lightrail and I don't hear much of either one. The noise between apartments is also excellent, and we have not had any complaints. All in all, this community is fantastic and I recommend it highly.

Verified Renter Andrea at the front desk is great! Same with maintenance staff...the rest, not so much. The building policies dealing with COVID-19 have been late and poorly managed. They reward the loyalty of tenants by increasing rent if you want to extend your lease. Bizarre.
