Verified Renter Living at 30Six NoDa has been an amazing experience! The staff is always friendly and quick to help, and the apartments are modern, spacious, and full of natural light. The amenities are great, and the location in the heart of NoDa means you’re surrounded by awesome restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. It’s a perfect mix of luxury and community — I couldn’t recommend it more!

Verified Renter Loving my time at 30Six NoDa! The building is so clean compared to some others in the same area, and has so many amenities. Plenty of parking in the garage, and central to NoDa on the light rail. The staff is also always super friendly and supportive when needed. I've lived in other communities in NoDa, and this one is by far my favorite.
Business response:

Verified Renter I love it here and would renew were I not moving for graduate school. The dog owner community here is wonderful, and the staff are attentive and kind. This location cannot be beat, and I have never had a problem come up. The residence is clean. My only ONLY suggestion would be updated gym equipment, mainly the treadmills because I love running year-round, even in NC heat. The stairmaster was a great addition.
Business response:

We're so glad to hear you've had such a positive experience at 30Six NoDa and that our team—and our amazing dog-loving community—helped make it feel like home. We’ll definitely take your gym equipment feedback into account; it's great to know how much you enjoy staying active, even through the Carolina heat! Best of luck in graduate school—you’ll be missed here!

Wow, Marsha Kay - we're blown away by your high rating! You made our day. Thanks again for this wonderful response!
Verified Renter The place is nice however the events have went down and aren’t inclusive with dietary restrictions where as in the past the events were inclusive. The gym machines have constantly been breaking. But the apartment and the community itself is lovely. The pool and other things are nice to go too.
Business response:
Hi Anna! We appreciate your honesty - please feel free to email us directly as we would love to take dietary restrictions into closer account. We have also followed up with the team performing gym maintenance and hope to have some updates soon!
