Verified Renter Wonderful staff. The entire facility is well-maintained and welcoming. This location cannot be beat. The gym's equipment could be updated, but literally nothing poor to say about this place - love living here!

Verified Renter Disappointed in the realities of using certain amenities such as the luxer package room, guest parking, and maker space that make the high cost of rent feel overpriced due to the loss of “luxury” feel from the inconvenience of being unable to easily use advertised features. The positives are that the apartment staff are really great and do their best to explain policies outside of their control and help fix issues as much as they can. Verified Renter My experience has been well overall. I like the community and the events held within the community. The trash service is not always reliable but that is small compared to how much I enjoy living in the complex.

Verified Renter Mold in my apartment for months. Transferred 3 times in the same year. Humidity 84% constantly. Maintenance team threw away my belongings and acts like it’s not their fault. 0/10 would recommend.
