Verified Renter I love it here and would renew were I not moving for graduate school. The dog owner community here is wonderful, and the staff are attentive and kind. This location cannot be beat, and I have never had a problem come up. The residence is clean. My only ONLY suggestion would be updated gym equipment, mainly the treadmills because I love running year-round, even in NC heat. The stairmaster was a great addition.

Verified Renter The place is nice however the events have went down and aren’t inclusive with dietary restrictions where as in the past the events were inclusive. The gym machines have constantly been breaking. But the apartment and the community itself is lovely. The pool and other things are nice to go too.

Verified Renter I have been at 30six NoDa for almost six years now and still love it. I feel safe, the amenities are great, and it’s in the most walkable neighborhood as well as right on the light rail which is perfect to hop on and head to work or outings in the city!
