Verified Renter My experience has been well overall. I like the community and the events held within the community. The trash service is not always reliable but that is small compared to how much I enjoy living in the complex.

Verified Renter Mold in my apartment for months. Transferred 3 times in the same year. Humidity 84% constantly. Maintenance team threw away my belongings and acts like it’s not their fault. 0/10 would recommend.

Verified Renter Mobile app isn’t perfect but works well for required payments and mail notifications. I wish the UI was a little more intuitive but I see important notifs right when they’re published so that’s a plus

Verified Renter It’s a solid apartment building, main issue is that the building is right by some freight tracks, whose trains blow their horns constantly at night

Verified Renter It has been great. Real quiet and good location with so much stuff in walking distance. The washer and dryer and dishwasher and microwave and all the amenities have been perfect.

Verified Renter The apartment and amenities are nice. A bit frustrating at times when we can’t get a response to our questions, so we need to go to the front desk to ask in person. Our floors hallway also seems to have a bad smell.
