The amenities are great, the staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s in the perfect location to all the fun stuff that NoDa provides!

Verified Renter Great staff, community, location and amenities. Love living here. Very pet friendly. Easy commute options with light rail right outside the door and all sorts of food and entertainment options in walking distance. Many in the same parking lot.

Verified Renter From the moment we toured 30SixNoda we fell in loveeee. We knew instantly we wanted to live here and we couldn’t have done it without Sam McGuire. He is truly so helpful and considerate when it came the the whole process, Sam as well as all of the staff are so kind. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in Charlotte.
Verified Renter Managment is so attentive to every need, so nice too! The apartments are stunning. My apartment is next the train tracks and you can barely hear it at all. Our view is stunning, looks right out to the city.

Verified Renter Loving my time at 30Six NoDa! The building is so clean compared to some others in the same area, and has so many amenities. Plenty of parking in the garage, and central to NoDa on the light rail. The staff is also always super friendly and supportive when needed. I've lived in other communities in NoDa, and this one is by far my favorite.
