Verified Renter The place is nice however the events have went down and aren’t inclusive with dietary restrictions where as in the past the events were inclusive. The gym machines have constantly been breaking. But the apartment and the community itself is lovely. The pool and other things are nice to go too.

Verified Renter I have been at 30six NoDa for almost six years now and still love it. I feel safe, the amenities are great, and it’s in the most walkable neighborhood as well as right on the light rail which is perfect to hop on and head to work or outings in the city!

Verified Renter Prompt repairs, fair pricing, and helpful front office staff. Ph there's a minimum typing amount uhmmm. I like how there are trash chutes AND they pick up trash in front of your door :)
