Verified Renter I am really enjoying living here. I have had a few issues with the Doors, but Maintenance has been very quick to fix any issues I have had. I feel safe an secure where I live.
Verified Renter Extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Excellent location and amenities. Trash room needs cleaning, as the smell carries throughout the fourth floor. Overall good experience so far.
Verified Renter The best staff! Our place is amazing, no issues, maintenance is always quick if anything pops up, great view. The pool is always clean and nice, all amenities are amazing.

Verified Renter 30Six NoDa is great because the staff is great. They are friendly and inviting, they are knowledgeable and very quick with any asks. They have made this transition incredibly nice. I can’t say how much I appreciate them. Also wanted to shout out maintenance, I had a few issues when I walked through the apartment and the same day/next day it was fixed

Verified Renter I have loved living at 36 Noda. The staff is amazing and the residents have been awesome. I sadly have struggled with residence noise in the complex but the staff has made us decide to stay and resign a new unit in the building. We recommend for everyone to live here!
Business response:

Verified Renter This is a really cool place to live, especially if you’re looking for a great location and a comfortable community. The location is one of the biggest highlights, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and other everyday necessities. It makes getting around easy while still providing a nice place to come home to at the end of the day. The property itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and overall, it’s been a great experience living here. Another major positive is the staff, espec... read more
Business response:
Wow - thank you for the kind words and staff shoutout! We'll make sure Sam gets to see this. If there is anything we can do to make your time with us here at 30Six NoDa more enjoyable please do not hesitate to reach out!
Verified Renter Overall great. My only complaint is the front desk hours. It would be helpful if the desk was covered at least 12 hours a day. For folks who commute to work like me, no one is available before I leave for work or after I arrive home. I'm only able to talk to someone on weekends. This is significantly problematic when the issue occurs on Mondays/ Tuesdays or is related to the parking garage, i.e. my parking pass not working to open the gates
Business response:
We completely understand the frustration and hope our emergency maintenance team was able to assist. If not, please reach out to the leasing office by email and we will attempt to assist remotely to help keep things convenient for you!
