I also really appreciate how clean and well-kept the building is, and the management has been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. It’s comfortable, convenient, and such a pleasant place to come back to at the end of the day. I definitely feel lucky to call this apartment home!

Verified Renter Package room could be more reliable. Staff are a highlight of this complex, Sam and Ebony are always helpful and kind. Gym has improved but machines could be serviced quicker. I enjoy living here and will likely renew again

Verified Renter The apartments are super nice and unique, the staff is always understanding and great and handling issues. The maintenance team is very responsive and respectful. Gym has been upgraded which is a bonus
Verified Renter 30Six NoDa Apartments are beautiful, safe, right on the light rail and above and around plenty of walkable bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, and live music spots. The amenities are great, the staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s in the perfect location to all the fun stuff that NoDa provides!

Verified Renter Great staff, community, location and amenities. Love living here. Very pet friendly. Easy commute options with light rail right outside the door and all sorts of food and entertainment options in walking distance. Many in the same parking lot.

He is truly so helpful and considerate when it came the the whole process, Sam as well as all of the staff are so kind. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in Charlotte.
Verified Renter Managment is so attentive to every need, so nice too! The apartments are stunning. My apartment is next the train tracks and you can barely hear it at all. Our view is stunning, looks right out to the city.
