Verified Renter I have really enjoyed the Manager Sam--he is wonderful! The property events are a lot of fun and I have created a community here because of them. The location is also incredible! Right along the light rail and walking distance from a bunch of bars and restaurants. My difficulties with the property are that the package room is a nightmare and it takes so long sometimes to find my packages. Verified Renter I would give more stars, but my apartment has continually smelled like weed every single day all day long for the last 6 months and it has not been taken care of or had any email notifications to remind residents to not be smoking on the premises or in apartments. It’s a shame because I love my apartment but not when it smells the way it does 24/7, and the amount of people dealing with black mold? Very concerning.
