Verified Renter Loving my time at 30Six NoDa! The building is so clean compared to some others in the same area, and has so many amenities. Plenty of parking in the garage, and central to NoDa on the light rail. The staff is also always super friendly and supportive when needed. I've lived in other communities in NoDa, and this one is by far my favorite.

Verified Renter I love it here and would renew were I not moving for graduate school. The dog owner community here is wonderful, and the staff are attentive and kind. This location cannot be beat, and I have never had a problem come up. The residence is clean. My only ONLY suggestion would be updated gym equipment, mainly the treadmills because I love running year-round, even in NC heat. The stairmaster was a great addition.

Verified Renter The place is nice however the events have went down and aren’t inclusive with dietary restrictions where as in the past the events were inclusive. The gym machines have constantly been breaking. But the apartment and the community itself is lovely. The pool and other things are nice to go too.
