Verified Renter The complex is nice the only issue we have had is the basement with the trash not being consistently picked up and many other residents on the bottom have talked and asked us about it. I do like the complex and the community activities. The workout room is one of my favorite a place to rewind and get a good fitness day in!
Verified Renter I’ve lived in a lot of apartment buildings in different states and this is my favorite! Great amenities, great staff, residents are mostly young professionals, and people actually go to the apartment events (which are incredible and support local businesses). The apartment decor is work from local artists and the location is AMAZING. The complex is the light rail stop and you can walk to all of the bars and restaurants in NoDa! Would highly recommend!!
