Verified Renter Moved in recently and loving it! The building is gorgeous. The unit was well kept and needed a very minimal cleaning from sitting empty for a while. Very quiet, the units aren’t soundproof but that’s to be expected of an apartment and tenants are very respectful of that. Common spaces and amenities are clean, comfortable and accessible. Verified Renter Husband and I are so happy we chose 30sixNoda. Now that it’s warmer out we have been enjoying more amenities. We have loved how peaceful it is and how it’s family friendly. Everyday there is always something to do such as food trucks, community events, other NoDa events.
