Verified Renter Andrea at the front desk is great! Same with maintenance staff...the rest, not so much. The building policies dealing with COVID-19 have been late and poorly managed. They reward the loyalty of tenants by increasing rent if you want to extend your lease. Bizarre.

Verified Renter Located in the heart of NODA on light rail so it is very easy to get downtown or southend or univeristy/ Very clean well run building with lots of ammenitites and activities. A secure building and gated parking deck.
