They sent My Social security money to the IRS for a garnishment when it was clearly marked social security which is not garnishable. They then made me fight to get it back from the IRS. Treated me badly when they made the mistake and tried to charge me fees for an over drafted account when they took the money

The tellers are great, but the specialist I recently delt with was as unprofessional as it gets. I was informed I didn't know anything about banking. Probably true however very rude to tell a client that. They won. I'm moving my investments and banking elsewhere.
