Northwest Community Credit Union stole money from me and will not close my account. They lost important documents (my close account letter) and continued to charge me money that I do not owe. Customer service is arguing with me on the phone and treating me really disrespectfully. I tried to talk to a higher up and she refused.
Been a member since I moved here in 2003. ALWAYS treated with respect, knowledge and friendliness. I love NWCCU!
The management is stellar--committed to the member experience being exceptional.
They make it IMPOSSIBLE to pay off any loan early. They will transfer you to a rep but really just send you to voicemail so that you can’t make a payment. I would NEVER recommend anyone doing ANY banking here.
This is the worst bank. They have terrible customer service. There polices and terms of the account is all a crap. They will hit you with so many fees is crazy. Overdraft protection is a joke! They will charge you a fee for something else. And they have absolutely no fraud protection or help. Definitely a bank for the wealthier people in the community. I HIGHLY recommend any other bank but this one. I’m reporting them and my experience to the banking commission
Poor customer service. I have been a member for years and am now closing out all of my accounts.
I do all my business banking with NWCCU. They have always been very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend using them.
