Rude tellers, unhelpful "members solutions" team and terrible loans that's what they got avoid this bank if you wanna take a loan out
RecommendedOverall, one cannot find a better credit union or conventional bank with which to work. All of my dealings with Northwest Community Credit Union have been great. I highly recommend NWCU to anyone for their banking needs.
Recently I had a problem with accidental charge coming out of my account with an automatic overdraft fee. With a phone call and an online request, they reversed the charge and corrected the problem with no hesitation. I have never had such easy problem resolution with any other bank or credit union.

They sent My Social security money to the IRS for a garnishment when it was clearly marked social security which is not garnishable. They then made me fight to get it back from the IRS. Treated me badly when they made the mistake and tried to charge me fees for an over drafted account when they took the money
