1. Only 1 branch location in the Medford area and it’s not the easiest to get to 2. Good customer service, bad company policies. They can’t figure out a way to stop an automatic payment from coming out of your account with less than 5 days notice. Completely absurd. I have a payoff coming to them which will now be for the wrong amount because in 2 days another auto payment comes out of my account and I guess the button to stop that on a computer needs 5 days Coming to close my account and take it to Rogue Federal
