Easy to use online banking!
Great folks to bank with, courteous, responsive, and online banking works well with them. Open another branch or place an ATM in West Eugene close to WinCo or on Barger Drive. Thanks

These people sent masked men to my house to try to steal my car and then sued a homeless disabled veteran for 12000 dollars. ???? What fuking word do you people live in?
held on to people's stimulus pending in accounts for 3 days than holidays. all together 8 days
Business response:
Hi Alicia - I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we do not control when you will get your stimulus check or when funds will be released. That information is given to us by the IRS. The IRS has stated the official payment date will begin January 4, 2021 and continue up to January 15th. You can find the status of your payment at https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments.
Convenient locations, nice folks and easy to do business with.

They like to rape you an overdraft fees by not clearing stuff out of your account waiting until you don’t have enough money and then clearing it and charging you a bunch of overdraft fees

I have been trying to call the 800 number for over a month to close my account because I know longer have an auto loan with this institution. In the mean time I've been charged fees multiple times, and refuse to reverse them.. I've gotten thru today finally and the woman I spoke to was very rude and told me there was not a supervisor that I could speak to. Nobody should have to go thru this just to talk to someone on the phone at a financial institution. Good riddance.
