RecommendedRecently I had a problem with accidental charge coming out of my account with an automatic overdraft fee. With a phone call and an online request, they reversed the charge and corrected the problem with no hesitation. I have never had such easy problem resolution with any other bank or credit union.

Don't charge 20% interest to struggling families and put them into a position that forces them to file for bankruptcy. By doing that to my family you've lost a loyal customer that you had for 25 years previously. I hope it was worth it.
