I had an automatic payment go through the same morning my direct deposit went into my account and they charged me an overdraft fee because the "payment hit first". Also, their online banking used to stay up to date over the weekends but that has stopped. I keep close tabs on my funds but I would recommend others to not rely on their app for current information.

How can it be impossible, in these times, to send money from your account to an outside account/vendor when you have their account and routing number, exactly as one does when they do any other NWCU transaction? Other banks don't seem to have this problem. Please modernize your system, as I love banking with you, but the option of paying a $25 fee for each transaction through your "special" system seems out of tune with the ethos of your institution. Please raise your game!
