Never do any banking with this institution over the phone. They made a large mistake twice with my account and then would not correct their mistake over the phone. And Northwest? They ship out their phone service to someone else not located in the northwest. If their "membership satisfaction is the measure of their success", they are failing big time. Online banking is horrible. I only access once every few months and have to reset every time,
Called to prevent them continuing their automatic withdrawal for a auto loan on a vehicle I no longer own and they did it anyway. No I cannot get ahold of anyone to refund the almost 400 dollars taken from me. DO NOT BANK HERE.
Constant issues with online banking. Now even getting support via online banking is broken. When attempting to send a message to Member Services via the portal the list of recipients is blank. Credit card accounts disappeared from our business account, after the online portion was already down for days. No error message, just blank screen. Apparently I'll be driving out to a branch, again, to sit with someone to fix these issues.
Been with NWCU for the last 15 years. What happened to small town banking?? The bank used to be an amazing place! They have turned into your typical big bank that does not care about the customer and only cares about their money. I have financed everything with them and as of today I pulled all my accounts and refi my vehicles. Choose your bank wisely! I would go to Rouge any day!
